good gym excellent location bad smell old interior
the location was EXCELLENT, near everything i wanted to see. the gym was good. i really enjoyed having access to it !
the room was more like an apartment! it had a kitchen area. i did not expect that from a five-star hotel. the interior of the room was old and worn! there was also a bad smell in the room

I found the room quite spacious, easily accommodating my needs. I enjoyed the washing machine in the apartment, very convenient. The breakfast offered many choices, a GREAT start to the day. The staff responded quickly when I requested amenities.
The air conditioning in the living room did not always blow cold air, a slight inconvenience during warmer hours.

spacious apartment daily cleaning good variety
the two-bedroom apartment was very spacious and clean. daily cleaning service provided fresh towels and water, i appreciated that. the breakfast included a good variety of foods, made the mornings convenient.
the air conditioning unit in the bedroom made slight noise.

The location allowed me to walk to my appointments easily. I did not encounter transportation stress, as the hotel was very close to all the places I needed. The area was also very comfy and tidy for my stay. I found the staff good and helpful when I needed assistance.

double bed roof top pool
the room was really spacious and comfortable.
i was upset that we booked the place on the day before and then when we turned up they said they did not have a double bed for us even though that's what we booked online. they were going to give us a twin room. eventually after asking, they gave us the option to upgrade at a cost. i booked this place because of the roof top pool but they had shut it.

Spacious Rooms and Great Location

I found the rooms very spacious. The air conditioning worked well, definitely a plus. I also appreciated the staff's kindness and help when I needed to store my luggage for a week.
The walk to the BTS station felt longer than expected. The heat made it somewhat tiring. I think a shuttle service would greatly improve convenience, particularly for older guests.

Acceptable stay with some issues
poor air-conditioning musty smell
The room had some problems. The air conditioning barely worked. It struggled to cool the room. I reported it, but the temperature remained uncomfortably warm . the bathroom had a musty smell, off-putting. The shower drain was slow, leading to standing water after just a few minutes.
